Companies

Company checks, oldest first. We aim to decide each within 48 hours. Check the number on the government registry, compare the certificate with it, then approve with the business name exactly as the certificate shows it.

Reports

Reports and job disputes, urgent first, then oldest. We aim to decide each within 48–72 hours. A warning or ban tells the person why, and they can appeal it once, to a different reviewer.

Appeals

One appeal per decision, oldest first. You cannot decide an appeal against your own decision. Granting it overturns the decision: a ban is lifted, a Delete & Block marker leaves their profile.
